Since 1952, the year that well-known architect Wallace F. Holladay established Holladay Properties, the corporation has grown and diversified from construction of single-family tract housing to one of the largest privately held developers, design/build firms, and fully integrated real estate companies in the eastern half of the United States.
- The newly created Retail Division headquartered in South Bend, IN will execute the retail expansion of the Holladay Properties portfolio, which includes an open air lifestyles center in South Bend/Mishawaka, and a 110 acre / 750,000 square foot mixed retail development in Portage, Indiana.
- Future retail developments include projects in Indianapolis, South Bend, New Albany and Merrillville, Indiana, and Richmond, Virginia.
